How to use.

Position the pressure pad on the left or right part of your abdomen depending on the location of the hernia. Align the pressure pad with the hernia.

Pull the perineal band to the front between the legs, feed through the loop on the pressure pad pocket and secure with hook and loop fastening.

The perineal band can be moved to the left or right along the rear side of the waistband for increased adjustability and comfort.

Adjust both the waistband and the perineal band to ensure targeted support and pressure without restricting movement and circulation
