All orders placed on meubon.com can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, kindly contact us and we will cancel and refund you
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Meubon will be also be responsible for paying return shipping costs when customers purchase the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want the item
Estimated refund timing: A refund will be provided after we process your return item. Refund is issued within 30 days after we receive the item. Once we issue your refund, it takes up to 7 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. A partial or zero refund may apply based on returned item condition as per our policy
We do not issue the refund if: your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
